Saving lives. It’s in our blood.
MAGEN DAVID ADOM, Israel’s national organization for emergency services, races to every emergency, even under times of fire. Always on call, the people of Israel depend on MDA to save lives every day, anywhere, anytime, because it’s a matter of life!
MDA receives an emergency medical call every few seconds, year round. Racing to the front lines, MDA’s heroes fearlessly charge out of the ambulance and provide immediate medical assistance to Israel’s wounded.
After years of being on constant high alert, MDA’s emergency vehicles wear out and need to be replaced. Without our ambulances, MDA’s heroic medical staff cannot provide the lifesaving treatment needed in emergency situations.
Help save lives in Israel!
Every year, MDA personnel travel over 6 million miles to save lives, making ambulances a critical asset to the safety of the people of Israel. While not many people can donate a complete ambulance, any contribution can save the lives of Israel’s wounded.
One ambulance can maximize our efficiency and ability to save thousands of lives with minimal response times when each extra minute is a matter of life or death.
One ambulance, thousands of lives saved.

MDA’s Ambulances
Israel has about 1,200 total ambulances.
50 ambulances are armored to protect against bullets and shrapnel.
Ambulances are equipped with technology to relay patients’ conditions to the hospital.
The average response time for an ambulance in Israel is 8 minutes.
